End shaping process for the end of the thong part and inserted down the method of interpolation-up structure as well as the same thong thong with the end parts

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform shaping and processing of an end of a thong 20 structured in a sheet-like member 22b and fix the end to a footwear base 10.;SOLUTION: A thong 20 comprising a core material 22a and a sheet-like member 22b is tied in a footwear base through an end part 30. The end part comprises a first member 31 and a second member 32. After the second member 32 is passed in an end of the thong 20, the sheet-like member is covered on an outer circumferential surface of the first member, and the second member is fitted into the first member via the sheet-like member. In this state, a thong end is shaped and the end part never gets away. The end part 30 fixed in the thong end is caught by the tip of a tying tool passing thong mounting holes 14, 15 from the back side of the footwear base 10, and in that state, the tying tool is drawn out to the back side of the footwear base. Thereby, the diameter of a mounting hole is increased and the end part is guided to the back side of the footwear base to lock the end part in the back side of the footwear base.
