X-ray tomographic imaging method and the X-ray tomography apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic method and apparatus that are capable of tomography with an area narrowed to only an inspection target in an inspection object.SOLUTION: An X-ray tomographic method performs: an interest part projection data generation process for generating projection data of an interest part by selecting one piece of reference projection data among plural pieces of projection data generated through plural X-ray energy tomographic processes and by subtracting from the reference projection data a product of linear attenuation coefficients and transmission distances of materials of parts other than the interest part for each detection element of a detector; and an image reconstruction operation process for generating a tomogram or a stereoscopic image of the interest part through image reconstruction on the basis of the projection data of the interest part generated through the interest part projection data generation process.
