PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition which contains no phosphorus and halogen compound imposing a load on an environment and can achieve both concealability and fire retardancy by adding a flame retardant made from a nitrogen-containing compound with a predetermined average particle size and a coloring material, to a polycarbonate resin.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a polycarbonate resin, a flame retardant with an average particle size of 0.01 μm or more and 10 μm or less, and a coloring material. The flame retardant is made from a nitrogen-containing compound.
