PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve customer satisfaction with a store and ability of the store to attract customers while maintaining existing security capability without putting a burden on the store and staff members.;SOLUTION: When customer identification information is acquired from an RFID tag carried by a customer at an entrance 102 to a store, a gate device 120 (120a, 120b) switches from a blocked mode to a passage mode to provide an entrance gate for the customer for a predetermined time period.
