PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure inspection method, an enclosure inspection apparatus, and an enclosure inspection system in which erroneous enclosing of an enclosure which is enclosed in an envelope can be inspected at a low cost.;SOLUTION: An enclosure inspection apparatus includes a conveyance means (101), optical reading means (105, 106) and a determination means (107). The conveyance means (101) conveys a completed sealed latter. For the sealed letter, a plurality of enclosures are subjected to name identification for each of individual destinations, enclosed in an envelope and sealed. Regarding the enclosures, a total number code is added to a first enclosure to be enclosed, and a name identification mark and a paging mark are added to each of all the enclosures, respectively, in color ink. The optical reading means (105, 106) reads the total number code, the name identification marks and the paging marks in the enclosures in the complete sealed letter to be conveyed. The determination means (107) determines whether the total number represented by the read total number code is matched with an actual number calculated from reading the paging marks, and determines whether all the positions of name identification marks added to the plurality of enclosures are matched.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
