Production method of natural marble-like crystallized glass

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crystalline glass, natural marble-like crystallized glass, and a method for producing the same, improving bubble quality even if each content of As₂O₃ and Sb₂O₃ is small.;SOLUTION: This crystalline glass is such crystalline glass that β-wollastonite is deposited as a main crystal by heat treatment, wherein the water content in the crystalline glass is ≥500 ppm. The method for producing the natural marble-like crystallized glass includes: a preparation process of preparing glass raw materials, and producing a glass batch; a melting process of melting the glass batch, and producing crystalline glass; and a crystallization process of depositing β-wollastonite as the main crystal by subjecting the crystalline glass to heat treatment, to thereby produce the crystallized glass; wherein the preparation process and/or the melting process are controlled so that the water content in the crystalline glass becomes ≥500 ppm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
