PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily verify an error of tax base.;SOLUTION: A tax base verification apparatus includes: an acquisition unit 111 which acquires lot number information indicating of a lot number of a parcel, and multiple pieces of first parcel information to be used for calculating a tax base of the parcel; a storage control unit 112 which stores the lot number information in association with the multiple pieces of first parcel information in a storage unit 13; a calculation unit 113 which calculates a first tax base on the basis of the multiple pieces of first parcel information; a receiving unit 114 which receives the lot number specific information for specifying the lot number of the parcel and a second tax base associated with the lot number specific information, from an external device; a determination unit 115 which determines whether the first tax base and the second tax base acquired by the receiving unit 114 coincide with each other or not; and an output unit 116 which outputs non-coincidence information indicating that the first tax base and the second tax base are not coincident with each other, in association with the lot number, when the determination unit 115 determines that the first tax base is not coincident with the second tax base.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
