PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set an ROI (region of interest).SOLUTION: An ROI setting device preliminarily stores data that includes frame groups each consisting of one or more frames obtained by imaging a subject at prescribed time intervals after injecting a contrast medium into a blood vessel of the subject. The ROI setting device generates a first image from a frame group among the frame groups that includes frames imaged in a first time zone, and generates a second image from a frame group among the frame groups that includes frames imaged in a second time zone not overlapping with the first time zone. Then, the ROI setting device specifies a blood vessel region overlapping with the first and second images and sets an ROI in the specified blood vessel region.
