PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the work of a manager relating to the creation of a work plan in a CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management).;SOLUTION: A work plan support device includes: a work report history storage part for storing the history of work report information showing a report relating to the work of a worker to be assigned to the work of a project to be managed; a capability information generation part for generating capability information in which estimating accuracy information showing the accuracy of the estimation of work time by the worker and deadline compliance information showing the deadline compliance of a work by the worker are associated on the basis of the history of the work report information stored in the work report history storage part; a worker capability relation storage part for storing worker identification information for identifying the worker and capability information generated by the capability information generation part in association; and an output control part for outputting the worker identification information and capability information stored in association by the worker capability relation storage part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
