PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To screw a screw without bringing an automatic screwing machine and a component into contact with each other.;SOLUTION: An automatic screwing machine includes a linearly extended cylindrical outer sleeve 12. A delivery member delivers a screw into the outer sleeve 12 through a supply port 12a provided near a base end on an opposite side to a tip end of the outer sleeve 12. Furthermore, a holding member 3 holds the screw 7 delivered by the delivery member, at a position near the tip end inside the outer sleeve 12. A driver bit 23 is engaged with the screw 7 held by the holding member 3 while moving inside the outer sleeve 12, in a direction toward the tip end, and screw the screw 7 with at least a shaft of the screw 7 protruded from the tip end of the outer sleeve 12. During operation of the automatic screwing machine, a relatively big part thereof is not placed near a tip end of the automatic screwing machine, and thereby the screw 7 can be screwed without bringing the automatic screwing machine and a component into contact with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
