PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a pipe peripheral position of a detected significant signal in an inspection of a pipe.SOLUTION: When an inspection is performed by inserting a multisensor type eddy current flaw detection probe 10 into an inspection object pipe 1, a signal change caused by bending occurs in a curved bending pipe section 1. A sensor in multisensor passing through a bending belly side or back side is identified by a signal change caused by the bending, and the pipe peripheral position of a significant signal is detected by a position relation between the detected significant signal and the sensor that has been identified to position in the bending belly side or back side.
