PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably image a subject and a reference chart while preventing dust etc. from adhering.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 30 of an image forming device 1 comprises: a box-like frame 32 where an aperture 32c for imaging a subject and a reference chart KC for providing a predetermined color reference by being imaged simultaneously with the subject to be imaged through the aperture 32c are provided side by side at a bottom surface 32a opposed to the subject; an illumination light source 37 which illuminates the subject and the reference chart KC under generally equal conditions; and an image sensor 34 for simultaneously imaging the subject and the reference chart KC by receiving reflection light from the subject opposed to the aperture 32c and reflection light from the reference chart KC. The air taken in through an air vent 61 by a fan 60 is jetted from an air jet port 63 toward the subject.
