PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method capable of easily evaluating the shake of an image viewed through a lens.;SOLUTION: A rectangular pattern 50 with a central perpendicular grid line 51 passing through the geometrical center 55 thereof, right and left perpendicular grid lines 52, a central horizontal grid line 53 and top and bottom horizontal grid lines 54 is provided so that the geometrical center 55 coincides with a gaze point through eyeglass lenses 10. A geometrical shift at the time of overlapping the images of the rectangular pattern 50 viewed when moving the eyeglass lenses 10 by a first horizontal angle to right and left with a head in a range without moving a sight line from the geometrical center 55 so that the geometrical centers 55 of the images coincide with each other, is obtained as shake indices IDd and IDs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
