PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method of a positron radiation tomography system for enhancing flexibility related to system operation.;SOLUTION: In the information processing method, positron radiation tomography (PET) information obtained from a PET detector is processed. The PET detector includes a plurality of detector regions where the respective detection regions include at least one detector module and a region collector corresponding to the detector module. The information processing method includes stages for: receiving PET event information related to a single PET event including the energy information of the single PET event and crystal position information; receiving non-detector event information; generating an event list including a PET event entry including a thin time stamp, energy information, and crystal position information (1) and a non-detector event entry including the received non-detector event information (2); and sending the generated event list to a computer for off-line processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
