PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and quickly detect a state of a worker who monitors water treatment facilities at night when the consciousness the worker declines or the worker encounters an unexpected accident, even when the worker attends the work alone.;SOLUTION: Acceleration angular velocity sensors 23a and 23b are worn around a wrist and an ankle of a night worker 20 working in a monitoring room 2 for monitoring water treatment facilities 4. The acceleration angular velocity sensors 23a and 23b measure the movements of the wrist and the ankle of the night worker 20 into six-axis components and wirelessly transmit the data of measured values to a sensor communication part 22b. A state detection terminal 22 compares the measured values of the twelve-axis components with a predetermined value in which a count time is set, performs notification to the night worker 20 such that the measured values of the sensors 23a and 23b become the predetermined value or more, and when a state where the behavior is less than the predetermined value continues, determines the state of the night worker 20 and notifies a manager 30 of the determined state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
