PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erect pillar sash of a door frame including, in a sectional shape, a car outside plate located on the car outside, a bag-like part located on the car inside, and a connection plate for connecting the car outside plate and the bag-ike part, a glass run holding part being formed between the connection part and the car outside inner plate of the bag-like part to hold a glass run, the bag-like part being configured to change the projection amount of the bag-pike part to the car inside in the vertical direction of a vehicle to change a sectional area, and capable of stably holding the glass run.;SOLUTION: The shape of a glass run holding part is kept constant in the longitudinal direction of an erect pillar sash irrespective of the sectional area change of a bag-like part. A bending start line X is set at a specific position in the car width direction of a plate part 21c constituting the bag-like part.
