PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film configured to clearly present a color of a decorative layer even when a primer layer is disposed between the decorative layer and a base material or when a surface protective layer exposed by peeling the base material serves as the surface of a molded product.;SOLUTION: The decorative film 1 includes a base material 11, a mold release layer 12, a surface protective layer 13, a primer layer 14, and a decorative layer 15 in this order. The surface protective layer 13 is constituted of a hardened material of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition. The primer layer 14 is constituted of a hardened material of a primer layer formation resin composition including polymer polyol, an isocyanate-based hardener and binder resin having 77°C or lower of a glass-transition temperature Tg.
