摘要

The method involves transmitting authentification oscillation signal from primary authentication coil (A1), and generating authentication signal with secondary authentication coil (A2). A secondary output of secondary coil (L2) is generated with power transmission oscillation signal generated by primary coil (L1) after authentication signal is received and authenticated. A determination is made so as to detect whether metallic foreign substance is present between primary and secondary coils, based on power transmission oscillation signal. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a contactless power supply device; (2) a power receiver; and (3) a contactless power supply system.
