PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relationship support device capable of suppressing an inconstant relationship application by a user.;SOLUTION: An input unit 32 inputs, from a terminal of a relationship-desiring user who desires a relationship, identification information of a relationship-desired target user who is a person with whom the relationship-desiring user desires a relationship, and further inputs identification information of a relationship-desiring user who is a person with whom the relationship-desired target user desires a relationship from a terminal of the relationship-desired target user. Based on the identification information of the relationship desiring-user and the identification information of the relationship-desired target user that are input by the input unit 32, a determination unit 38 determines whether a relationship between the relationship-desiring user and the relationship-desired target user has reached an agreement.
