PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of implementing high-accuracy inclination measurement even when using an acceleration sensor having such a characteristic that reliability of a measurement is easily reduced by an environmental change.;SOLUTION: An inclination measuring apparatus comprises a measurement data acquisition section which periodically acquires measurement data in a triaxial acceleration sensor, a storage control section which stores the measurement data in a storage device, an earthquake occurrence determination section which determines whether an earthquake occurs on the basis of the measurement data stored in the storage device, an earthquake restoration determination section which determines whether the occurring earthquake has restored on the basis of the measurement data stored in the storage device, and an inclination angle calculation section which calculates a relative inclination angle change amount from first timing before the occurrence of the earthquake in which the earthquake occurrence determination section determines the earthquake occurs to second timing after the restoration of the earthquake in which the earthquake restoration determination section determines the earthquake has restored, on the basis of the measurement data acquired in the first timing and the measurement data acquired in the second timing in the case where the earthquake occurrence determination section determines that the earthquake occurs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
