PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saturated air temperature control method and a spraying corrosion test device that can prevent concentration variation of a corrosive solution in the spraying by directly controlling a temperature of saturated air introduced into an atomizer in a test tank and introducing the saturated air of a constant temperature into the atomizer.;SOLUTION: A saturated air temperature control method of a spraying corrosion test device is characterized by: providing a temperature sensor 14 in a flow path for bringing a saturated air passed to an air saturator 4 into communication with an atomizer 9; measuring a temperature of the saturated air introduced into the atomizer 9; and controlling the temperature of the saturated air by that a control unit 100 operates a heater 6 in the air saturator 4 based on the measured temperature information. Also, the spraying corrosion test device includes: the air saturator 4; humidifying means for making a humidification air by passing to water in the air saturator; the first heater 6 for heating the water in the air saturator; a conduit for sending the saturated air to the atomizer 9 in the test tank 8 from the air saturator 4; the first temperature sensor 14 for measuring the temperature of the saturated air passing the flow path; and the control unit 100 for controlling the first heater 6 based on the measured temperature information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
