PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film and a method for manufacturing the optical film in which dimensional changes in a stretching direction of a support film are suppressed, and to provide a polarizing plate, a three-dimensional image display device and a three-dimensional image display system having the optical film.;SOLUTION: The optical film comprises a support body including cellulose acylate and a patterned optical anisotropy layer including a first retardation region and a second retardation region different from each other in at least one of an in-plane slow axis direction and a retardation, arranged in a predetermined pattern on the support body. The support body contains a hindered amine compound and contains the hindered amine compound by 0.001 mass% or more with respect to the cellulose acylate.
