PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a total amount of a measuring target substance capable of existing in a sample in two or more sorts of forms.;SOLUTION: The method for measuring the total amount of the measuring target substance includes: a step (1) for bringing a specific standard substance into contact with the measuring target substance included in the sample; a step (2) for bringing a specific inhibitor into contact with the measuring target substance included in the sample before the step (1), simultaneously with the step (1) or after the step (1); a step (3) for bringing a specific solid-phase substance into contact with the measuring target substance included in the sample before the step (2), simultaneously with the step (2) or after the step (2); a step (4) for separating a component not coupled with the specific solid-phase substance from a component coupled with the specific solid-phase substance after the step (3); and a step (5) for detecting the specific standard substance included in any one of the component not coupled with the specific solid-phase substance and the component coupled with the specific solid-phase substance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
