PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily changing a filter characteristic of a digital filter.;SOLUTION: A filter coefficient operation section 6 of a weight measurement apparatus computes a filter coefficient by a predetermined arithmetic expression and outputs it to a signal processing section 5. The signal processing section 5 uses the filter coefficient for filtering a weighing signal Ds that is a digital signal. The arithmetic expression includes a first parameter specifying a frequency corresponding to a notch of an amplitude characteristic of the filtering, and includes a second parameter specifying an attenuation of at least one attenuation band whose attenuation should be locally increased in a stopband of the amplitude characteristic of the filtering, a third parameter specifying a band position of the at least one attenuation band, and a fourth parameter specifying a start frequency of the stopband.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
