PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion test method in which a corrosive environment inside a cargo ballast hold of a coal-carrying vessel and coal/ore carrying vessel is reproduced for laboratory test.;SOLUTION: A corrosion test method for anti-corrosion steel for the cargo ballast hold of a coal-carrying vessel and coal/ore carrying vessel includes: a step 1 of placing coal on the surface of a steel material, keeping a first temperature in a constant environment of high humidity, then continuously and decreasingly changing the environmental temperature from the first temperature to a second temperature which is lower than the first temperature, then maintaining the environment at the second temperature, further continuously and increasingly changing the environmental temperature from the second temperature to the first temperature, and repeating a cycle consisting of the above-described changing of temperature to form dew condensation on the surface of the steel material; and a step 2 of immersing the steel material into a solution containing NaCl.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
