Buyers and sellers interact directly with each other by private negotiation, thereby obviating the need for services of a securities broker or traditional securities exchanges. A computerized communications network, such as the Internet, is used as a security for implementing the transactions. A website is utilized to facilitate transactions directly between buyers and sellers.
