A system and method for using the system for recharging at least one compressed gas cylinder using a first compressed gas storage cylinder and at least a second compressed gas storage cylinder. The electronic sequencing module controls the order and timing of discharge from the first compressed gas storage cylinder or the second compressed gas storage cylinder into the at least one compressed gas cylinder.
