Claim 3: a composition according to claim 1, wherein Said Carrier is suitable for use in an oral care composition, composition for Hair Care, Skin Care composition, composition or Deodorant.Claim 5: a composition according to claim 4, wherein Said Carrier comprises an active material.Claim 6: a composition according to claim 5, wherein the active material is selected from the group consisting of Abrasives, anticaries agents, agents of tartar control, antiplaque agents, active agents of periodontal Refreshing Breath, AG Odor Control entities, bleaching agents, and combinations of these.Claim 28: a composition according to claim 1, wherein Said Film comprises a controlled release composition comprising Said Functional material. Claim 44: a composition according to claim 1, wherein Said Film comprises a Plurality of Film Fragments.Claim 45: a composition according to claim 44, where such Fragments are lamellar substantially, with a thickness of about 0.1 to about 10 mils mils.
