This invention relates to an orthopedic brace for immobilizing the shoulder, for example after a fracture, after a dislocation or after surgery, which also supports the arm and elbow of the user. Compared to known shoulder immobilization braces, the design of this brace not only provides shoulder immobilisation and support for the arm and elbow, but also improves user comfort by providing extra support to the wrist and hand of the user.
