A method and apparatus for preventing interference in a relay device (1) and a mobile terminal (2) of a wireless relay network based on synchronous HARQ are provided. Wherein, the mobile terminal judges whether an uplink HARQ process will interfere with communication between the relay device and a base station (0) in a sub-frame, and if yes, the mobile terminal will suspend sending uplink signal for the uplink HARQ process in the sub-frame.
