Process for the test immunosorbent assays with recombinant viral protein P26 capsu00eddio in the diagnosis of equine infectious anaemia. The present invention relates to the test with recombinant viral antigen P26 immunosorbent assays to be used in the diagnosis of equine infectious anaemia.The so-called indirect test detects antibodies to protein P26 equine infectious anaemia virus in sera of infected animals. The antigen was adsorbed on solid supports (microtu00e9cnica plates, tubes, spheres or papers of nitrocellulose or nylon) and placed to react (incubated with the sera tests.After incubation with conjugated (anti equine immunoglobulin enzyme) the reaction was revealed with a solution composed of the substrate of the enzyme used in conjugate (chromogen). After the development of the reaction (formation of color) the same was paralyzed with acid solution and read visually (naked eye) or in a spectrophotometer with a specific filter for the colour formed.
