The present invention relates to a device for combined osteosynthesis of splintered fractures of ulna proximal section comprising an intramedular pin (1), in the proximal section of its face, there is performed a threaded central hole (8) with a compression screw (6) and in the distal section thereof, here is performed at least one auxiliary hole (9) for introducing therein at least one locking screw (5) of the intramedular pin (1) rotational stability in the ulna (12). Said intramedular pin (1) is provided in its proximal section with an epiphyseal plate (2), intended for the installation into an annular protrusion in the ulna (12) proximal section. Said epiphyseal plate (2) is coupled with the intramedular pin (1) by the compression screw (6) wherein a system of introductory openings (10) for at least two stabilization screws (3, 4) of bone fragments to secure angular stability thereof is performed therein. The first stabilization screw (3) passes past the intramedular pin (1) on one side thereof while the other stabilization screw (4) passes past the intramedular pin (1) on the other side thereof.
