MOLDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CUSTOM AND POTENTIALLY MODIFIABLE ABUTMENTS AND DENTAL IMPLANT IMPRESSION POSTS OF VARYING ANGULATION DEGREES

Molds for the construction of customized and potentially modifiable abutments and dental implant impression posts of varying angulations and dimensions, oval shape, gradually upwardly enlarged from the side with symmetrical or asymmetrical cross section and even surfaces produced by one or two pieces assemblable by snap action. The custom abutments ensure the creation of a customized gingival emergence profile potentially modified ad hoc, according to the clinical case. Impression posts corresponding to the custom abutments in dimensions and angulations allow the accurate recording and transfer of the shaped gingival emergence profile from the mouth to the working cast where the final implant prosthetic work will be carried out. The properties and design of said customized abutments and impression posts allow their preparation and use as temporary abutments for the support of a prosthetic work, following the principles of the temporary recovery of fabricated teeth; furthermore, they can be scanned by a digital scanner in order to create a digital dental impression and a digitally-created prosthetic work.
