A replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine is disclosed. A adaptor is mounted with a bucket teeth. A first through hole hoes horizontally through the adaptor. Both sides of the bucket teeth are formed with a second through hole, respectively. An engaging unit is interposed between the first through hole and the second through holes to slide between them. This enables the bucket teeth to be mounted and positioned on the adaptor. The invention thus prevents the bucket teeth from constantly hitting the adaptor.
