The present invention relates to a method of producing magnetic nano materials for forming a solid core for transformer with high saturation magnetic flux density including zero hysteresis toss, the method comprising the steps of preparing nano powder sample of Fe70Co30-SiO2 by Co-precipitation combined with H2 reduction process, wherein FeCl2.4H2O and CoCl2.6H2O is dissolved in equal proportion in de-ionized water the molar ratio of Fe2+ to Co2+ being about 70:30, wherein NaOH solution is introduced with rapid stirring to maintain the pH value in the range of 12pH≤14, wherein the suspension is cooled down to room temperature preceded by maintaining at 70°C for about 30 minutes, followed by addition of sodium silicate (Na2Sio3.9H2O) solution by controlling pH value between 7≤pH≤9, and warming upto 80°C to complete the hydrolyzation of sodium silicate including precipitation of silicate, wherein the suspension is washed, filtered, and dried with air at 100°C, and wherein the dried powder is reduced by hydrogen in an electric heated quartz furnace at 700°C for about 2 hrs.
