A method and apparatus for identifcation of heterosis in indica rice hybrid

The present disclosure relates to a method of identification of hybrid vigor in plants, particularly rice. The present disclosure also provides a method of identification of genes and gene expression profiles useful in identification on heterosis in hybrids. A device for identification of heterosis is also provided.
