The present invention Production of lignolytic enzymes from aerobic fungi through Immobilization for enhancing digestibility of crop residues discloses highly pH and temperature stable enzyme. The said enzyme when sprayed on straw for cat tle feed helps in increase in digestibility and also in controlling environmental pollution . The latter aspect is due to the fact that PUF is being use d as a matrix.
