METHODOLOGY FOR ELIMINATION OF STEP ON TEX AND WING INTERFACE IN LIGHT COMBAT AIRCRAFT

This invention is intended for modification in process planning of for TEX assembly to meet the contour matching of wing and trailing edge assembly. It is observed that there is a mismatch in contour at AFT of station #33 between wing fairing and trailing edge. Based on the analysis of existing a ire rafts the problem in the TEX assembly was found out and modified in the existing TEX assembly process. The same process was implemented in the assembly in order to achieve consistency in contour matching of wing and trailing edge assembly.
