The present invention provides a system for an interactive communication between users, such as citizens and politicians, by implementing an application residing over a host server. The users communicate with the application, and hence among themselves through users devices. Further, the system allocates unique contact identifier to each user, further linked to his user device. This allows users to directly call each other at the unique contact identifiers, using their devices, and the users are able to convey their messages to each other. Precisely, in a political network, a citizen may use his device to call a politician at his unique contact identifier and convey their issues. Further, the system allows users, preferably, politicians to appoint assistants for them who can assist them in managing politicians activities. Additionally, the system allows a set of volunteered users to become Champion of Democracy and actively update details of users at the application.
