A stable synergistic agrochemical composition for management of sucking pests of cotton comprising neonicotinoid compound, organophosphate compound and agriculturally acceptable additives wherein the weight percentage of neonicotinoid compound is 0.1 to 20%, the weight percentage of organophosphate compound is 5 to 60% and the weight percentage of agriculturally acceptable additives is 20 to 94.9% and methods related thereto.
