According to this invention there is provided a door sealing cover and a process for the preparation thereof is disclosed. The door sealing cover comprises a cover profile similar to a door of a vehicle and made of a flexible material. A securing layer of a novel pressure sensitive adhesive is provided on the periphery on the treated side of the cover profile for facilitating securing of the sealing cover with the door. The process of preparing a door sealing cover comprises treating one side of a door sealing cover at a temperature of 135OC to 165OC for a period of 3 to 8 second. Applying securing layer of a novel pressure sensitive adhesive on the treated side of the door sealing cover and then curing the door sealing cover at a temperature of 80�C to 1 30�C for a period of 20 to 40 minutes.
