Design amp; development of fixture for extracting body from electro-hydralic valve of hydralic distributor for airborne application

摘要

Hydraulic Distributors used in the Flight Control System of an aircraft consists of a electro-hydraulic valve. The electro-hydraulic valve mainly consists of body and the bottom which is good fit assembled and these are required to be dis-assembled during repair1 overhaul. At present, the body & the bottom is dis-assembled using spatula and applying force upwards manually. The body further consists of a soft metallic ring and any uneven manual force or tilt to any direction damages the ring of the body and the body gets chocked in the bottom and could not gets removed further. The purpose of this project is to develop a user friendly, suitable and full proof fixture for extracting body from electro-hydraulic valve of hydraulic distributor for airborne application.
