A pump truck stability control system comprising a detection apparatus and a control apparatus. The detection apparatus is for use in detecting of a pump truck a current pumping state parameter a boom posture parameter a supporting leg posture parameter a pump truck machine body position state parameter and a current value signal of an external load parameter acting on a boom system. The control apparatus is for use in receiving current value signals of the parameters in calculating the position of the overall center of gravity of the concrete pump truck on the basis of the parameters and in performing stability control for the pump truck on the basis of the position of the overall center of gravity within a pump truck stable area. The stability control system takes into full consideration internal factors of the pump truck itself and external load factors thus improving the precision in calculating the center of gravity and improving construction safety of the concrete pump truck. In addition also comprised are a pump truck stability control method and the pump truck comprising the stability control system.
