Benzimidazaole derivatives of paracetamol as potential analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agents

ABSTRACT According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a chemical composition having various substituted derivatives are yielded that shows reasonable anti inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, derivatives of a chemical composition are prepared by refluxing a mixture of substituted benzimidazoles and N-[4-(2-hydrazinyl-2-oxoethoxy) phenyl] acetamide with absolute ethanol losing a molecule of HCl. Various computer assisted studies such as ADME, QSAR and virtual toxicity studies are performed. They are determined to be safer at higher doses as indicated by the computational studies.
