The present invention provides a two part room temperature curable epoxy resin formulation comprising of a reaction product having terminal epoxy groups obtained from an epoxy resin, a reactive diluent, an isocyanate compound and a polyolcompound as its resin component and a blend of an aliphatic amidoamine, a polyetheramine, a tertiary amine cure catalyst and an aminosilane coupling agent as the curative part.
