Azadirachta indicaA method is described for producing biopolymer nanoparticles containing oil and extracts of A. Juss (Neem), the method comprising, in phase I , the preparation (10) of an aqueous emulsion of Neem oil and extracts ,in phase II , the preparation (20) of a solution of biopolymer in an organic solvent, phases I and II being then mixed , and in phase III , the preparation (30) of an aqueous surfactant emulsion and the admixture of phase III to the mixture of phases I and II , producing a nanoparticle suspension that is stabilised. Also described are the resulting powdered biopolymer nanoparticles and microparticles.
