Disclosed are a method and device for evaluating the quality of a user experience a user terminal and a network server. The method comprises: after starting a service to be evaluated a user terminal acquiring real time network service quality parameter information thereabout service parameter information about the service to be evaluated and user parameter information and reporting these pieces of parameter information to a network server so as to enable the network server to calculate the quality of experience of a user in the service to be evaluated according to these pieces of parameter information so that the quality of the user experience can be acquired in a real user environment thereby improving the timeliness of the evaluation of the quality of the user experience.
