A radio frequency amplifier power supply method and device related to the technical field of printed circuit boards said method comprising the following steps: directly connecting by means of a first microstrip line each of the drain electrodes or collector electrodes used for outputting amplified signals and located in a plurality of radio frequency power amplifier tubes of a radio frequency power amplifier unit; connecting the first microstrip line by means of a blocking capacitor to a second microstrip line used for radio frequency output; respectively and correspondingly applying gate electrode or base electrode voltage to each gate electrode or base electrode of the plurality of radio frequency power amplifier tubes; correspondingly applying drain electrode or collector electrode voltage to a drain electrode or a collector electrode of one of the plurality of radio frequency power amplifier tubes and by means of the first microstrip line respectively and correspondingly applying said drain electrode or collector electrode voltage to the drain electrodes or collector electrodes of the other radio frequency power amplifier tubes of said plurality of radio frequency power amplifier tubes. The present invention has a unique circuit design achieves flexible PCB layout and resolves the increasingly acute contradictions between miniaturization and high power.
