A two dimensional code based website link processing method comprises: generating a processing data packet of a target website according to information of the target website the processing data packet comprising link information and link setting information of the target website and the link setting information being used for setting the link information of the target website as a homepage favorite of a browser of a mobile terminal when the mobile terminal runs the processing data packet; and generating and providing two dimensional code the two dimensional code comprising link information of the processing data packet. The two dimensional code based website link processing method apparatus and system can improve the efficiency of processing a website link and increase exposure opportunities of a target website.
