The invention relates to medicine and pharmacology, in particular to medicinal agents and to a method for accelerated healing firearm wounds by using compositions based on 2,6-di-tert-buthyl-4-methylphenol. The inventive gel based-composition used for treating firearm wounds comprises 5-10 mass% 2,6-di-tert-buthyl-4-methylphenol and 3-5 mass% carnosine in the form of active components. The second inventive gel-based composition comprises 3-5 mass% molluscum instead of carnosine. A gel-based composition used for healing firearm wounds, comprising 5-10 mass% 2,6-di-tert-buthyl-4-methylphenol, 1-3 mass% T-activine and 1-3 mass% tomicidine, is also disclosed.
